FOREIGN BOYCOTTS BILL [H.L.] as I hope you will, it is my intention to ask you to refer the Bill to a Select Committee. The reasons for this are twofold. First, it is clear that, even if the Government wished to give time for this Bill in another place—and, quite frankly, I do not think that they do—there is virtually no hope of getting.
